IT Consultancies & Integrators

Software for IT consultancies and integrators

You sell expert hours and keep critical systems alive, yet you run the business on spreadsheets and win clients by word of mouth. We build the two missing pieces: the software you deliver the service with, and the engine that brings large projects in predictably.

IT consultancies, systems integrators and technology partners share a very recognisable business pattern: high-ticket projects with six to eighteen month sales cycles, recurring revenue from support and enhancements, teams that bill by time, and an enormous dependence on reputation and referrals. Their two usual bottlenecks repeat just as reliably. The first is operational: without fine-grained control of time spent, hour-bank consumption and the real state of each project, profitability is discovered late, when it can no longer be corrected. The second is commercial: acquisition depends on personal contacts and does not scale, so growth stalls the moment the partners run out of calendar. At Soamee we work both fronts — support software and hour banks, project analytics, client portals and integrations with your clients' ERPs on one side; B2B demand generation organised by need scenario on the other.

Challenges

What holds a growing consultancy back

It is rarely the technical talent. It is usually that operations and acquisition still run the way they did when the firm was half the size.

Hours lost along the way

The team logs time late, badly or not at all. By month-end close, nobody knows for certain how much of each hour bank has been consumed or what can be invoiced without an argument.

Profitability seen too late

The project looked healthy until it stopped being healthy. Without continuous tracking of hours against estimate, the deviation surfaces when there is no room left to correct it.

Support running on email

Requests arrive by email, WhatsApp and calls to whichever consultant answers. Nothing is traced, SLAs cannot be proven and the knowledge lives in three people's heads.

Dependence on the partners

Opportunities come through the network of two or three people. That works until you want to double revenue or those people run out of time to sell.

Proposals from scratch

Every quote is written anew, with no templates and no history of what was quoted on similar projects or which of them actually turned out profitable.

Integrations nobody wants to touch

Clients ask to connect their ERP with half a dozen systems and the team is already saturated with maintenance. The opportunity exists but there is no capacity to take it.

What we build

Two fronts, one objective

Operations

The software you deliver the service with, and that tells you whether you are making money while you deliver it — not three months later.

  • Ticket management with SLAs and per-client traceability
  • Hour banks with consumption visible to client and team
  • Hours tracked against estimate, project by project
  • Client portal with status, deliverables and documentation
  • AI knowledge base built on your incident history

Acquisition

The owned channel that brings in opportunities without depending on a partner having a gap in the calendar for networking.

  • Target account profile defined from your real projects
  • One landing page per need scenario, not a catalogue
  • Technical SEO and visibility in AI search engines
  • AI qualification before anything reaches sales
  • Pipeline attribution across cycles longer than a year

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Aren't you our competitors?
Rarely. We build custom digital products and integrations; functional ERP implementation, specialised platform support and enhancements on the standard are your ground, not ours. In fact, much of our work with consultancies consists of covering the development layer their clients ask for and that they would rather not staff in-house.
Can you work as a subcontracted team under our brand?
Yes, it is a common model. We act as the development team on your clients' projects, with whatever interface you prefer: directly with the end client as part of your team, or exclusively with you. We define it contractually before starting, including confidentiality and non-solicitation terms.
Do we start with operations or with acquisition?
It depends where it hurts most. If the team is saturated and projects are drifting, generating more demand only makes it worse: delivery needs sorting first. If you have free capacity and the pipeline is the bottleneck, the order reverses. The initial diagnosis looks at both before recommending where to start.
Do you work with consultancies outside Spain?
Yes. We are based in Madrid and work remotely with clients across several European and Latin American countries. The products we have built operate in 42 markets, so internationalisation — languages, currencies, local tax requirements — is familiar ground in both the software and the acquisition side.
