Oracle Integration

Oracle Integration — Custom Development

We connect Oracle Fusion Cloud, E-Business Suite, NetSuite and Oracle Database with the rest of your ecosystem. REST APIs, middleware, bidirectional synchronisation and web and mobile applications built on the data already living in your ERP.

Oracle is not one product but a family: Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, SCM, HCM), the veteran E-Business Suite still running in thousands of companies, NetSuite in the mid-market, and Oracle Database as the corporate data layer. Integrating with each one means a different path — REST and SOAP services in Fusion Cloud, interfaces and PL/SQL packages in E-Business Suite, SuiteTalk and SuiteScript in NetSuite, and direct access or replication in Database — and that diversity is exactly why so many projects stall. Soamee builds the missing layer: middleware that exposes Oracle processes as modern APIs, bidirectional synchronisation with CRMs, e-commerce and logistics systems, customer and supplier portals that write straight into the ERP, and custom applications on Oracle data without touching the core or compromising upgrades. When what you need goes beyond the standard, we also build custom ERP modules that coexist with Oracle, and support legacy system migrations towards cloud architectures.

Services

What we do with Oracle

Development and integration around your Oracle installation, without modifying the ERP core.

Oracle Fusion Cloud

Integration with Fusion Cloud ERP, SCM and HCM through the standard REST and SOAP services. Extensions on Oracle APEX and Visual Builder when native functionality falls short.

E-Business Suite

Interfaces with EBS through PL/SQL packages, interface tables and public APIs. We read and write data using the ERP's own validations and respect its concurrent programs.

NetSuite

Connectors via SuiteTalk REST and SOAP, SuiteScript development and workflow automation between NetSuite, your e-commerce and your internal applications.

Custom middleware

An intermediate layer in Node.js, Python or Java that orchestrates communication between Oracle and your systems: data transformation, message queues, retries and traceability for every operation.

Oracle Database

Access to Oracle Database from modern applications, PL/SQL query optimisation, replication into data warehouses and controlled exposure of data as APIs for reporting.

Apps on Oracle data

Web and mobile applications built on ERP information: supplier portals, approvals on mobile, catalogues for field sales and real-time dashboards.

Use cases

Real-world Oracle integration scenarios

Oracle + e-commerce

Catalogue, pricing, stock and order synchronisation between the ERP and the online store. A web order becomes a sales order in Oracle with its validations, no manual intervention.

Oracle + CRM

Bidirectional flow of accounts, opportunities and orders between Oracle and Salesforce, HubSpot or Dynamics 365, so sales and finance work off the same record.

Supplier portal

A web application where suppliers check purchase orders, confirm deliveries and submit invoices that land directly in Oracle, without giving them system access or extra licences.

Reporting outside the ERP

Replication of Oracle data into a data warehouse so modern BI tools can query it, without loading the production environment with heavy analytical queries.

Process

Our integration process

Oracle landscape analysis

We document which product and version you run, which modules are active, what customisations exist and which integrations already coexist, so nothing that works today breaks.

01

Technical design

Specification of APIs, formats, transformation rules, error handling and retry strategy. We also define what happens when Oracle does not respond.

02

Development and testing

Built in a development environment, tested in pre-production with anonymised real data and validated for performance against the volumes you will actually move.

03

Go-live

Controlled deployment with a rollback plan, intensive monitoring during the first weeks and ongoing support with a defined SLA.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Oracle integration

Do you implement Oracle or only integrate with it?
Our ground is development around the ERP: integrations, middleware, portals and custom applications on Oracle data. Functional ERP implementation is normally handled by a specialised partner, and we work well alongside them: they configure the standard, we build what the standard does not cover.
Can I integrate Oracle with a modern web application?
Yes. We build a middleware layer that exposes Oracle data and processes as clean REST APIs. Your web or mobile app talks to the middleware, which translates into the Fusion Cloud APIs, the PL/SQL packages of E-Business Suite or SuiteTalk in NetSuite, depending on the case.
Does the integration affect ERP performance?
It is designed not to. We use caching, asynchronous processing, incremental loads that move only what changed, and synchronisation windows that avoid peak usage. For high-volume integrations we add message queues that regulate the request rate against Oracle.
Do you work with Oracle on-premise and in the cloud?
Both. In the cloud we work with the REST APIs of Fusion Cloud, NetSuite and OCI services. On-premise, with E-Business Suite and Oracle Database through secure connectors that do not require exposing the system to the internet. We also support hybrid scenarios during a progressive migration.
How much does an Oracle integration cost?
It depends mostly on how many processes are involved and whether you need to write into the ERP or only read from it. A scoped integration covering one module and one external system usually sits between 15,000 and 40,000 euros. Projects touching several modules and systems frequently exceed 80,000. The initial analysis is always free.
