Restaurant diagnostic:
what guests see and what it costs you
A restaurant loses guests before they reach the door, through an outdated Google listing, and loses margin afterwards, through a recipe cost nobody has revisited in two years. Six questions that look at both sides.
The six areas we look at
Google listing
What people see before deciding whether to come.
Menu and ordering
How seated guests order, and how often the menu gets updated.
Recipe costing
Whether you know a dish’s cost at today’s purchase prices.
Stock and waste
Whether you cross-check sales against what left the walk-in.
Cash control
What happens to a discrepancy after somebody notes it.
Business data
What the POS tells you beyond the day’s total.
Questions about the diagnostic
Does it work for a bar or a café?
Yes. The six areas are the same: people find you on Google or they do not, the menu updates or it does not, you know what a product costs or you do not. The scale changes, the kind of problem does not.
Do you analyse my Google listing?
No. The diagnostic is built from your answers; we do not query your listing or your reviews. We would rather tell you where each point comes from than hand you a figure you cannot verify.
Do I have to leave my email?
Not for the score, the breakdown and your main problem. The email is for the full plan.
Will you call me?
Only if you ask. The plan arrives by email and you decide.
Shall we look at it with your numbers?
Half an hour to go through the result with your menu and your recipe costs in front of us, and decide where to start.
Book 30 minutesTell us your challenge. We'll propose a solution.
No commitment. Within 24 hours, you'll receive a proposal with scope, timeline and budget. No fine print.
