Audit and baseline
A one-hour video call: we review your current menu, floor plan, workflows (bar, terrace, delivery), available hardware and current contract. We come out with the exact list of what to migrate and a fixed calendar.
Menu and data import
We load your full menu: categories, dishes, prices, modifiers, set menus and combos. If you have recipe costings or inventory, we import them from Excel. You review the result and we adjust as needed.
Floor plan and roles setup
We replicate your floor plan with its zones, configure kitchen and bar printers, set up team roles and permissions and get payment methods ready: cash, card, mobile payments, split bills.
Team training (under 1 hour)
Hands-on session with your real team and your real menu: take an order, send to kitchen, split a bill, take payment, close the till. The interface is learned in 10 minutes; the rest of the hour is practising the edge cases.
Assisted launch
First service on the new system on your quietest day, with live support. The old system stays as backup until you decide to turn it off. From then on, support direct from the team that built the product.
The best time to switch was a year ago. The second best is before your peak season.
