Instapage alternative

The Instapage alternative when you do not bill by unique visitor

Instapage is built for teams that spend heavily on advertising and need one landing page per ad, with personalisation and heatmaps. It is a serious tool. It is also a tool whose price depends on how many people show up, which is not something you control.

Unlimited landing pages, native forms, per-campaign tracking and real server-side SEO. Without counting visitors.

Honest summary

If your team manages a large advertising budget and ad-to-page personalisation is part of your process, Instapage does things we do not. If what you need is to publish campaign, event and product landing pages without visitor counts driving the bill, you are paying for a personalisation layer you never fully use.

Why people land here

Why marketing teams look for a Instapage alternative

01

The cost depends on how many people show up

Plans are tiered by monthly unique visitors. That is coherent for their audience, but it turns into a variable an expense that most marketing departments need locked into the annual budget.

02

It is calibrated for large teams

Per-ad personalisation, collaborative reviews and heatmaps pay off when there is a lot of volume and a lot of people working. With a small team you pay for a platform whose differentiator you never get to use.

03

The whole campaign lives on their platform

Pages are served from their infrastructure. If you change tools or stop paying, the content comes with you but the URLs do not, and redirects and links have to be rebuilt one by one.

04

Organic is not what it came to do

Its territory is the landing page that receives bought clicks. When you want that same page to attract organic traffic, you miss fine control over rendering, metadata and URL structure.

No spin

When to switch and when not to

Stay with Instapage if…

  • You manage a large advertising budget and need a distinct landing page for every ad.
  • Dynamic personalisation and heatmaps are part of how your team works.
  • You have a large team with review and approval flows across several people.
  • Your visitor volume is predictable and fits neatly into a fixed plan.

Switch to Landing Builder if…

  • You do not want one good month of visitors deciding what you pay the next.
  • You publish varied landing pages — campaigns, events, products, lead capture — not just ad pages.
  • You want landing pages to bring in organic traffic as well as convert paid traffic.
  • You need EU hosting, full export and an open API over your leads.
  • You would rather have a platform shaped to your brand than a catalogue of features you will not use.
Migration

What migrating from Instapage looks like

01

We review what you actually use

We look at which features you genuinely rely on: personalisation, experiments, heatmaps or simply publishing pages. That defines what needs replicating and what is dead weight.

02

Rebuild in blocks

We move each landing page to the block system, keeping hierarchy and style. Anything that does not exist as a block is generated by AI from a natural-language description.

03

Forms, leads and destinations

We replicate fields, validations and where each lead goes — CRM, email marketing, webhooks — and import the history exported from Instapage.

04

Domains and redirects

We set up your domain and publish 301 redirects from every old URL, so live campaigns keep working without touching the ads.

Compare it against your own campaigns, not a generic demo

FAQs about migrating from Instapage

Do you have per-ad personalisation like Instapage?
Not at the same level, and that is the main difference. We work with per-campaign landing pages and source parameters to segment and measure by channel, but we do not automatically generate a distinct experience for every single ad.
Do you include heatmaps?
Not natively. The analytics we do include are conversion analytics: source, channel, form and lead. For heatmaps and session recording we work alongside whichever tool you already use.
Can we import our landing pages and leads?
Yes. Landing pages are rebuilt in blocks respecting the design, and leads are imported from your Instapage export keeping fields, dates and campaign source.
Do you charge per visitor?
No. There is no unique-visitor or session counter. You can take all the traffic you earn without it changing what you pay or forcing a plan upgrade.
Does it make sense for a small team?
Yes, and that is where it makes the most sense. The block editor and AI generation exist so one marketing person can publish without design or development help.
How long does migration take?
Account, domain, branding and training take under a week. Rebuilding existing landing pages depends on how many you keep: usually in batches, starting with the highest-traffic ones.
